The Weber Gourmet BBQ System (GBS) 57cm Hinged Cooking Grate is a replacement cooking grate for a 57cm diameter charcoal barbecue, plus it comes with a 30 cm plated grate insert for traditional barbecuing. This grate is useful when it comes to using GBS accessories on your barbecue, such as the Pizza Stone or Cast-Iron Griddle Plate.

 

Using the GBS system enables you to cook something a bit different on the barbecue, from casseroles to omelettes. This circular grate is made from plated steel, and it is hinged, so you can top it up with charcoal without removing the grate or keeping the insert in place for traditional barbecuing.
